- Coordinate relevant departments to take actions to improve related KPIs such as OEE, Yield loss, PM loss, Manhour/ton, MVC...

- Ensure system related standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & CGMP and ISO 45001:2018, Food safety, ISO 22001, ISO 17025 are effectively implemented

- Deploy the implementation of ActNow related standards such as Asset care, Spare part management, DAM...

- Conduct ProSolve projects according to DMAIC

- Develop programs for Kaizen activities from ideation to implementation

- Train the operations team on relevant KPIs

- Coordinate with the safety department to deploy and monitor the implementation of safety, occupational health and environmental policies as well as standards from the global

- Coordinate with the quality department to deploy and monitor the implementation of effective quality management processes

- Implement projects related to sustainable development from the global

- Coordinate with the Human Resources department on recruitment, training,...

- Implement related projects when required

- Coordinate with other departments to handle related issues of the factories

- Performs other duties as required

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduated from University with major in engineering such as industrial electricity, mechatronics, automatic technology, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering....

- Have 3 years of experience in production management, TPM, OE at manufacturers

- Experience in managing Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Pro-Solve projects

- Can use office computers, CAD, SAP, data analysis tools

- Able to work independently as well as inter-departmental coordination

- Priority is given to candidates with knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, CGMP and ISO 45001:2018 policies, Food Safety, ISO 22001, ISO 17025

- Proficient in English, listening, speaking, reading and writing.
