Key Responsibilities

• Handle Air- Sea export/import shipment from Vietnam and Oversea

• Contact shipping lines/ coloaders to arrange bookings; submit SI, VGM, file AMS, E-Manifest, ICS2, and other relevant documents.

• Liaise with customers and agents regarding B/L, bookings, AN, D/O and shipping documents.

• Provide complete shipment details, pre-alerts, and regular updates to overseas agents and relevant parties.

• Make payments to carriers/vendors/agent; issue debit notes to agents/customers

• Monitor shipment progress, including ETD, ETA, transshipment, and delivery status, and keep customers updated accordingly.

• Coordinate with customs brokers to arrange customs clearance procedures, when required.

• Proactively coordinate with relevant departments to handle issues arising during the shipment process.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 3 years working experience in freight coordination/operator or logistics preferred

• College/University graduate or above, preferably majoring in Logistics, Import-Export, or related fields.

• Familiarity with air and ocean freight processes and relevant documentation

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in export shipment operations and procedures.

• Good teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Dynamic, proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and good communication skills.

• Candidates with experience working for a Freight Forwarder/Logistics company are preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English; Korean-speaking is a plus

• Freferred: FBA or E Commerce shipping experience

• Knowledge and experience in USA, EU freight forwarding is an advantage.

Employment Terms & Benefits (Vietnam)

Working Hours & Days

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Vietnam Time).

• Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (2 Saturdays per month; 3 Saturdays in months with 5 Saturdays).

Probation Period

• 2-month probation period, with 100% of salary paid as agreed in the employment contract.

• After the probation period, employees are covered by social insurance in accordance with Vietnamese labour regulations

Annual Leave

• 12 days of paid leave per year

Salary Review & Bonus

• Salary is reviewed upon contract renewal

• Bonus is based on the Company’s business performance (13th month salary)
