Due to our company's expansion and business development, we are looking for a qualified candidate to join our team as an Export Operation Staff.

🔹 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Check and update freight rates with shipping lines, agents, and vendors.
• Contact shipping lines/ coloaders to arrange bookings; submit SI, VGM, file AMS, E-Manifest, ICS2, and other relevant documents.
• Issue Bills of Lading and send them to customers/agents as required.
• Provide complete shipment information and updates to overseas agents.
• Follow up on payment status with shipping lines/ coloaders, shippers, and agents.
• Prepare and issue Debit Notes to customers/agents.
• Monitor shipment progress and regularly update customers on shipment status.
• Maintain and develop good relationships with customers, partners, and especially overseas agents.
• Proactively coordinate with relevant departments to handle issues arising during the shipment process.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.
• Detailed responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.

🔹 REQUIREMENTS

• At least 02 years of experience in Export Documentation or Customer Service within the Logistics/Forwarding industry.
• College/University graduate or above, preferably majoring in Logistics, Import-Export, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in export shipment operations and procedures.
• Dynamic, proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and good communication skills.
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle situations effectively and flexibly.
• English: Good communication skills, able to read and understand documents, and write emails to customers and overseas agents.
• Candidates with experience working for a Freight Forwarder/Logistics company are preferred.
• Candidates who are available to start immediately are preferred.
