Role Summary: This role sits within Operation Excellence — the function that drives optimize, improve and enhance across operations (SPX / S-retail VN). 

You'll own KPI governance and performance analytics: setting and evaluating targets, building measurement frameworks, and turning large operational datasets into decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Governance and Target Setting

• Own the performance evaluation of FLM, SOC, and LH functions and translate annual targets into structured, data-backed monthly performance targets aligned with regional and company objectives.
• Model and monitor performance trends against target, identify risks early, and drive corrective actions with regional teams. 
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and negotiation to finalize data-backed monthly targets with operations leadership.

2. KPI Governance and Performance Evaluation

•  Design and own the KPI evaluation framework to ensure transparent, consistent, and timely tracking of operational performance across the organization.
• Provide daily KPI visibility to operations through structured reporting and dashboards.
• Align with BI on KPI logic and data integrity; align with C&B to deliver accurate, on-time outputs for payroll and incentives.
• Govern exclusion requests against objective, fair and independent standards across all regions.
• Define and communicate the governance timelines across the KPI evaluation cycle.
• Develop analytical reports to support operational performance management.

3. Operational Insights and Performance Improvement

• Identify systemic performance gaps and improvement opportunities across regions through root-cause and variance analysis.
• Provide structured recommendations and escalate improvement initiatives to relevant stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
• Support cross-functional collaboration to address root causes and enhance overall operational performance.

4. KPI Framework Development and Strategic Alignment

• Continuously evolve the KPI framework to match the company's strategic priorities across growth stages.
• Design measurement frameworks for new service models and initiatives alongside existing standards.

• 3y+ of experience in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline — or equivalent hands-on experience in performance
• Strong analytical mindset with structured, framework-based problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Advanced data-analysis capability and comfort with large operational datasets (Excel modeling essential; SQL/BI a plus). 
• Ability to translate complex operational data into clear insights and strategic recommendations.
• Data-driven decision-making — every conclusion grounded in clear evidence and quantitative analysis. 
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across corporate teams, frontline operations, and blue-collar workforce.
