Online Sales Executive (E-commerce Executive) - Contract 6 months

Support business planning and execute sales programs to achieve monthly sales targets.

Manage and operate online stores across e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, etc., ensuring accurate and timely order processing.

Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement communication campaigns, promotions, livestreams, and other sales-driving activities.

Support the monitoring, analysis, and optimization of key business performance metrics, including Traffic, Conversion Rate, AOV, and ROAS; monitor and manage the channel's P&L performance.

Support the management and optimization of advertising budgets across Meta, Google, and other digital marketing platforms.

Monitor inventory, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness, and prepare regular reports.

Support customer service activities, handle customer complaints, and assist B2B customers to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

6 months to 1 year of experience in E-commerce. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

Hands-on experience working with e-commerce platforms.

Ability to read and understand English for work-related purposes.
