This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales. The ideal candidate enjoys appearing on camera, and is interested in working with technical products.

Responsibilities of the role:
- Act as the primary contact point for customers via online channels (email, video call, social platforms)
- Support sales activities, including quotation follow-up, order coordination, and customer inquiries
- Participate in online presentations, product introductions, and video promoting (camera-on interaction is expected)
- Collaborate with MKT, Key Account Sales and Channel Partner in promotion campaigns to push up sales revenue
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM system
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (prefer technical background)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, telesales, or account coordination and love to act in short videos
- Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
- Logical thinking & interested in industry products
- Chinese speaking is highly preferred, OR good working proficiency in English
- Candidates with experience in Machine Automation, Computer Vision, Robotics, Smart City, Embedded Computing, Industrial server/gateway are a plus.
