1. VIP Lounge Management

• Manage VIP Lounge operations and provide personalized services to ensure VIP customer satisfaction.

• Organize private events for AVENUEL members and coordinate events hosted by tenants for VIP customers at the Lounge.

• Provide information and assistance to VIP customers, ensuring a premium experience.

2. Customer Service Management

• Develop initiatives and strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality for both regular and VIP customers.

• Establish and monitor customer service standards for tenants and their staff.

• Propose solutions to prevent and resolve customer complaints and service-related issues.

3. Customer Service Training

• Conduct customer service training and campaigns for brand staff.

• Provide customer service training for Lotte Mall staff.

4. Front Office Management

• Manage, supervise, and train Front Office staff to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.

• Conduct daily inspections of hygiene, product displays, and on-site service standards.

• Oversee customer service operations at the VIP Lounge, Service Lounge, Information Desk, POP, and customer facilities.

• Support mall events and promotional activities as required.

5. Brand Management

• Support tenants in registering and issuing mall staff ID cards.

• Coordinate with tenants and relevant departments to handle customer complaints and incidents related to brands.

• Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to tenants and brands within the mall.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. University graduated, any majors, good looking appearance

2. At least 2 year-experience in the relevant position; Having experiences in 5-stars Hotel, Shopping Mall, Airways is an advantages

3. Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese

4. Be careful & accurate, have good team-work and communication skills

5. Can work under high pressure and self-motivation

6. Working time: 5 days/weeks from Mon to Fri (08:30 - 17:30). Be able to work in evening shifts, weekends and holidays at some peak times if the job requires
