• Monitor the progress of fabric & trims to meet all required T&A.
• Collaborate with internal technical depts for the best execution of the products.
• Maintain all WIP records in good & systematic order.
• Monitor local/overseas gmt factories to deliver the quality product with on time delivery.
• Work within the division according to business objectives and strategies set down by the management.
• Ensure seamless coordination with internal colleagues related to production and development issues.
• Manage and lead associates within the division to ensure compliance with job responsibilities and objectives.
• Market research & sourcing new materials and suppliers.
• Work closely with other departments to meet all the deadlines, T&A.
• Assure the teammates to adhere strictly the SOPs and WIP.
• Possess the sense of Quality & Fit to enhance smooth cooperation with QA & Technical Design Teams.
• Well Versed in both FOB & DDP business.
• Willing to take on Adhoc projects.
• Willing to take hands-on task & duties.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Over 15 years merchandising experience.
• Experience of leading a merchandising team.
• Possess good knowledge of woven/knits fabrics & gmt manufacturing process.
• Good command of written/spoken English.
• Sound PC knowledge.
• Strong analytical, logical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and good organizational skills.
• Have ability in costing, sourcing & development.
• Work independently under high pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• High flexibility for mobility (preferable); willing to travel.
• Aggressive to build a successful career.
• Willing to take on Adhoc projects.
• Vietnam citizen only.
