• Identify and develop clients in the mechanical engineering, construction, and distributor (specifically for bolts, screws, and other fasteners) in both domestic and international markets.
• Proactively contact and manage existing clients while expanding the customer base.
• Send promotional emails regarding the factory and products to potential clients.
• Provide product consultation, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with internal departments and the factory to monitor production and delivery schedules.
• Maintain strong client relationships and propose optimal solutions tailored to their needs.
• Propose solutions to boost sales and expand the prospect list.

• Strong skills in sales, communication, negotiation, relationship building, and problem-solving.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, as well as an agile, proactive attitude.
• Management and development of high-end/premium clients; strong English communication skills (proficiency in additional languages such as German or Chinese is an advantage).
