Position Purpose

The Marketing Manager translates business strategy into sustainable market growth by leading portfolio strategy, annual marketing planning, commercial initiatives, capability development, and cross-functional collaboration across assigned business segments. The role exists to maximize customer value, strengthen market competitiveness, develop Marketing capability, and ensure disciplined execution of marketing initiatives aligned with ADM Animal Nutrition Vietnam business strategy and APAC priorities. The role provides functional leadership, coaching, and mentoring to other team members in partnership with the Marketing Director.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Marketing Planning

Lead the annual Marketing Planning process aligned with business objectives and APAC priorities.

Develop annual marketing objectives, initiatives, budgets and execution plans.

Managing advertising campaigns

Handling social media, digital marketing and communications

Monitor execution of the marketing calendar and recommend corrective actions.

2. Portfolio Leadership

Lead portfolio strategy for assigned product categories.

Monitor portfolio performance, customer needs, market trends and competitor activities.

Support product lifecycle management, commercialization and innovation initiatives.

Executive and implement global strategy to local markets

Develop and deliver creative marketing and communication strategies for all the commercial brands to increase the market brand awareness;

Managing all the brand visual printing work

3. Commercial Partnership

Partner with Sales, Technical Services, Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain to achieve commercial objectives.

Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events;

Supporting sales and deployment of POSM

Support distributor development, key customer engagements and business reviews.

4. Functional Leadership & Capability Building

Provide functional leadership, coaching and mentoring to team members.

Promote capability development, collaboration, succession readiness and knowledge sharing across the Marketing function.

Performance and operational management in the team

5. Marketing Governance

Ensure compliance with ADM policies, approved budgets, procurement processes and brand standards.

Promote disciplined execution, operational excellence and effective resource utilization.

Manage marketing budget and ensure program milestones related to marketing & communications are achieved on time and within budget

6. Continuous Improvement

Champion continuous improvement, organizational learning and capability development.

Support development of future Marketing leaders.

Perform other duties consistent with business requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, Animal Science or related fields; MBA is an advantage.
• Experience: 7–10 years in Marketing/Commercial, preferably in animal nutrition, agribusiness, livestock, feed or FMCG; experience in cross-functional leadership and people development.
• Key Knowledge: Strategic Marketing, Portfolio & Product Lifecycle Management, Commercial Marketing, Customer & Market Insights, Budgeting, Project Management, Data Analysis.
• Other Requirements: Willing to travel within the Philippines and attend customer engagements and APAC meetings.
• Growth & Contribution: Potential to lead Product Managers and Marketing teams as the organization grows; strengthen team capability, collaboration, processes and commercial effectiveness aligned with ADM values and business goals.
