A. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure production machines and utility systems are available and running effectively.
• Lead the Maintenance team in Preventive Maintenance (PM) and machine troubleshooting.
• Manage Maintenance activities through CMMS.
• Coordinate maintenance activities at off-site locations when required.
• Support the Maintenance Manager in managing the department when required.

B. OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. People Management

• Lead, assign tasks and develop Maintenance Technicians.

2. Planning & Improvement

• Plan and monitor PM activities.
• Identify and implement improvements for machines and utility systems.

3. Maintenance Operations

• Guide Technicians in maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
• Monitor and control maintenance spare parts.

4. Administration

• Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
• Prepare corrective/preventive action reports when required.
• Ensure compliance with Maintenance SOPs and company requirements.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. Education

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation or related fields.

2. Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in Maintenance or a related position.

3. Skills

• Knowledge of mechanical and utility systems.
• Basic machine troubleshooting knowledge.
• MS Office; AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Basic English communication skills.
• CMMS experience is an advantage.
