Legal Manager (Good English) – 26–36M VND [28817 - District 7, Ho Chi Minh City]

• Lead key legal matters, including legal advisory, contracts, compliance, disputes, government authority matters, intellectual property, and personal data protection.
• Provide clear, practical, business-oriented legal advice to the BOD/BOM and internal departments, with appropriate escalation of high-risk matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in Vietnamese and English, including sales, distribution, service, logistics, warehousing, leasing, marketing, NDA, and related agreements.
• Manage and improve contract review policies, templates, checklists, approval processes, and legal response quality.
• Handle disputes, claims, labor issues, inspections, administrative proceedings, litigation/arbitration, and coordination with external law firms.
• Monitor key legal changes and translate them into practical guidance for internal departments.
• Advise on compliance, personal data protection, intellectual property, confidentiality, and anti-bribery/corruption matters.
• Lead, allocate work to, coach, and develop the Legal Team to improve work quality and independent decision-making.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on contracts, disputes, receivables, compliance, and key legal matters.
• Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday and Saturday morning

Yêu cầu công việc

• Age: 35–40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Law; graduates from reputable law universities in Vietnam or overseas are preferred.
• 7–10 years of legal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, including at least 2–3 years in team management or legal decision-making roles.
• Experience working in FDI companies.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level.
• Strong ability to provide clear legal conclusions and practical recommendations based on incomplete information.
• Business-oriented legal judgment with the ability to balance risk control and business efficiency.
• Strong team management, delegation, quality supervision, and coaching skills.
• High integrity, confidentiality, ownership, resilience, and clear communication skills.
