KNIT FABRIC SALES TEAM LEADER/MANAGER

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the knit fabric sales team to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, monitor market trends, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Production, Accounting, Product Development (PD), and Logistics, to align sales strategies with company objectives.
• Prepare regular sales reports and business forecasts for management.
• Train and mentor team members to improve sales performance and overall team effectiveness.
• Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify potential growth opportunities.
• Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Textiles, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• More than five years of B2B sales experience, preferably in knit fabric or the textile industry, with team management experience.
• Good knowledge of yarn, knitting, dyeing, fabric finishing, and relevant quality requirements.
• Good understanding of customers, buyers, the textile market, and international trade and export procedures.
• Strong capabilities in sales planning, market analysis, sales forecasting, and target management.
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; good command of English for work.
• Proactive, responsible, willing to learn, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Yêu cầu công việc
