ERP Project Accountant

Check the accuracy and validity of accounting documents to ensure compliance with current accounting, financial, and tax regulations, and check compliance with the company's payment regulations.

Record daily and periodic accounting transactions.

Check, reconcile, and update data when errors are detected or adjustment requests are made.

Coordinate with teams/departments to collect, verify, and process data when entering it into the ERP system.

Check and reconcile detailed and summary data.

Perform data entry on the ERP system, including Sales, Purchasing, and Expense modules.

Check and reconcile data for completeness, validity, and accuracy against source documents prior to data entry.

Prepare data reconciliation reports between the ERP system and MISA, and vice versa.

Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.

Job Specifications

University degree in a relevant field.

At least 1–2 years of experience in an Accountant position, with proficiency in accounting software. Candidates with knowledge of Oracle, SAP, or Odoo, or experience participating in ERP implementation projects / working as an ERP Project Key User, are preferred.

Experience working in FMCG companies with a wide range of imported goods and products.

• Proficient in Excel and able to effectively use basic functions for accounting tracking and reporting.
