• Install, configure, and maintain the hardware and software components of the PVN network, such as routers, switches, firewalls, servers, workstations, printers, scanners, etc.

• Monitor the performance and security of the PVN network, troubleshoot any issues, and implement backup and recovery plans.

• Respond to the requests and inquiries of the PVN users, provide technical assistance and guidance, and resolve any problems related to the PVN network and applications.

• Document the PVN network configuration, policies, procedures, and best practices, and update them regularly.

• Analyze the needs and challenges of the APAC sites on ICT solutions/services, such as web development, mobile applications, e-commerce platforms, etc.

• Monitor the performance and quality of the ICT solutions/services for the APAC sites, troubleshoot any issues, and provide enhancements and upgrades as needed.

• Receive and acknowledge the incident reports from the ICT Piaggio Group regarding any IT issues or disruptions that affect the business operations or customer satisfaction.

• Investigate and diagnose the root causes of the incidents, using various tools and methods such as logs analysis, error messages, testing scenarios, etc.

• Implement or coordinate the implementation of the appropriate solutions or workarounds to resolve the incidents as quickly as possible, following the incident management process and procedures.

• Provide technical advice or consultation to other departments projects on how to select, design.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in System Administration, Network Administration, or

Infrastructure Engineering.

• Capable of performing network administration, system administration, and helpdesk support.

• Technical experience with Cisco device configuration, IBM server monitoring, virtual farm management, and Microsoft service operations.

• Able to manage time effectively, pay strong attention to detail, and work under pressure.

• Work location: Vinh Phuc.
