Tuyển dụng Customer & Dealer Service Junior Staff tại Vĩnh Phúc

• Conduct customer surveys based on project requirements.

• Compile and submit accurate reports within the required timelines.

• Receive and respond to customer inquiries via hotline, email, Zalo, and other communication channels.

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints by identifying root causes, coordinating appropriate solutions, and following up until the case is fully resolved.

• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by the team leader.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service or related fields.

• Good English communication skills (especially listening & speaking).

• Proficient in reporting, PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong phone handling skills and active listening skills.

• Customer-oriented mindset with adaptability to different personalities.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Knowledge or experience in PR, Marketing, and Sales is a plus.

• Have key soft skills: listening, patience, positive attitude, problem-solving, confidence.

• Working location: Vinh Phuc.
