• Assist the Instant Service team in handling guest requests and inquiries through telephone and other hotel communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and guest assistance procedures.
• Record guest requests and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely follow-up.
• Monitor the status of requests and communicate updates to guests when necessary.
• Handle guest information confidentially and maintain accurate service records.
• Support the team in delivering prompt, courteous, and personalized guest service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Problem solving and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in the use of computer.
• Good English skills, especially in reading & writing.
