*Key Responsibilities*

- Support day-to-day Human Capital activities for Vietnam and Thailand.

- Handle employee administration, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and other HC operational processes.

- Ensure HR practices and documentation comply with applicable *Vietnam and Thailand labor laws and regulations*.

- Coordinate with local employees, management, and regional stakeholders on Human Capital matters.

- Support the implementation of HC policies, programs, and initiatives across Vietnam and Thailand.

- Maintain accurate employee records, reports, and other HC documentation.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law, or other relevant fields.

- 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources/Human Capital or a similar role.

- Good understanding of Vietnam labor laws and employment regulations.

- Fluent in spoken and written English for communication with regional stakeholders.

- Fast learner, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
