1. Recruitment

Manage the full recruitment and implementation recruitment activities in accordance with the Company's recruitment procedures and plans.

Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates who are aligned with the Company's culture and workforce requirements.

Coordinate with relevant Departments/Divisions to develop and finalize Job Descriptions.

Handle the onboarding process for new employees.

Prepare Offer Letters and Probationary Contracts; monitor and evaluate employees' probation performance.

2. Employer Branding & Internal Communications

Develop and manage employer branding content across the Company's social media channels.

Develop and deliver onboarding and orientation training programs for new employees.

Support other training and development activities.

Plan and organize internal events and communication activities to enhance employee engagement and foster the Company's culture.

3. Reporting & Other Responsibilities

Prepare and submit periodic HR reports as required.

Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Experience in the construction or interior design industry is preferred.

Good communication, problem-solving, teamwork, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Proactive, dynamic, and well-organized, with the ability to manage assigned responsibilities and handle arising issues effectively.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office.

Good command of English.

Presentable appearance.
