Key Responsibilities

• 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from receiving manpower requests to candidate onboarding.
• Manage recruitment for positions across
• Freight Forwarding, Express, Supply Chain and related functions.
• Understand job requirements and work closely with Hiring Managers to clarify candidate profiles, qualifications and hiring priorities.
• Source and attract candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, VietnamWorks, CareerViet, recruitment communities, employee referrals, headhunters and other talent networks.
• Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for key and frequently recruited positions.
• Conduct CV screening, initial interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers and follow up on interview results.
• Manage offer negotiation and candidate closing to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Follow up with candidates during the notice period and coordinate the onboarding process.
• 2. Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with Hiring Managers and department heads to understand recruitment needs and provide appropriate sourcing solutions.
• Provide regular recruitment updates, including candidate pipeline, interview status, offer status and hiring progress.
• Advise Hiring Managers on candidate availability, market conditions and recruitment challenges when necessary.
• Coordinate with HR team members to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding process.
• 3. Recruitment Reporting & Improvement
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the Data HR / recruitment database.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and track key metrics such as
• CV volume, interview ratio, offer acceptance rate, Time-to-Hire and recruitment progress.
• Monitor recruitment market trends and continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruitment efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in
• Human Resources, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields.

2–5 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience, preferably in

• Logistics / Freight Forwarding
• Express Delivery
• E-commerce Logistics
• Supply Chain
• Warehouse / Distribution
• Transportation.
• Candidates with strong recruitment experience in other industries but with a proven ability to recruit Logistics positions are also considered.
• Experience recruiting Logistics positions is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of the Vietnam Logistics / Freight Forwarding talent market.
• Strong sourcing and candidate networking skills, especially for mid-level and senior positions.
• Chinese communication skills are required; ability to communicate with Chinese-speaking candidates and Hiring Managers is highly preferred.
• Good Vietnamese communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English communication skills are an advantage.
• Strong interviewing, negotiation and candidate-closing skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple vacancies and work under recruitment targets/deadlines.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible and results-driven.
