• Good language skills (English, French, Dutch); English and Dutch are the most important.
• Ability to handle HR information confidentially
• Serving as the first point of contact for employees, as well as drafting communications, brochures, FAQs, and surveys
• Ability to work independently on a task or process.

PERSONAL SKILLS

• You have a positive attitude and communicate openly and honestly.
• You’re a problem-solver with a “we can do this” mindset. You can work both as part of a team and independently.
• You’re the kind of person who would rather ask extra questions than make mistakes because you’re afraid to ask.
• You’ll support the HR team, but you’ll also perform general HR tasks in consultation with colleagues.
