Tuyển dụng HR Specialist (C&B - Attendance) tại Bắc Ninh

Manage company-wide attendance and timekeeping records.
Monitor shift schedules, crew rotations, overtime, leave records, and attendance compliance.
Verify attendance data and prepare payroll inputs accurately and timely.
Coordinate with departments to resolve attenadance discrepancies.
Prepare reports related to attendance, overtime, manpower, and labor compliance.
Support employees' inquiries regarding attendance, leave, and working hours.
Ensure compliance with Labor Law and company policies.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in C&B, Payroll, or Attendance Management.
Good at English communication
Experience in manufacturing companies is required.
Experience managing attendance for employees working in 2 shifts / 3 groups or similar rotational shift systems is highly preferred.
Good knowledge of payroll, labor regulations, and attendance administration.
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
