We are looking for an HR Specialist (Talent Acquisition) to take ownership of recruitment delivery while contributing to broader HR operations. This role is about more than filling vacancies - it is about finding the right people, building strong teams and creating a positive employee experience.

You'll own

• Work with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs, job requirements and recruitment timelines
• Publish job advertisements, search CV databases, approach potential candidates, review applications and conduct initial screening calls
• Arrange interviews, conduct candidate interviews and assessments in collaboration with hiring managers, follow up on hiring feedback, prepare job offers and communicate with candidates throughout the selection process
• Manage and optimize recruitment channels, including the company website, LinkedIn and Facebook recruitment pages; create and publish recruitment content
• Maintain candidate pipelines, track hiring progress and report recruitment results, hiring performance and potential challenges
• Coordinate onboarding arrangements, track probation timelines and evaluations, manage offboarding procedures and conduct exit interviews.
• Coordinate performance review schedules, follow up on evaluation progress, implement employee engagement activities and respond to employee queries on HR policies,
• Maintain employee files, contracts and HR documents, assets; update employee data and headcount records, prepare monthly reports and handle routine HR administration

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 3+ years of HR experience, with strong hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Good understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR administration
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with job boards and social media recruitment
• Good Excel and analytical skills for recruitment tracking and HR reporting
• Good command of English and Vietnamese
• Strong ownership, communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset
