We are We are looking for an HR Intern to support:

Recruitment and Employer Branding

• Support sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.

• Update and maintain candidate information in HR system and tracking files.

• Assist in preparing communication materials and content for Employer Branding activities across internal and external channels.

• Support organizing and coordinating Career Event, Office Tours...

Training

• Support the planning and coordination of training activities.

• Collect and consolidate training feedback and support post-training follow-up.

Participate in HR development projects: Assist in implementing training programs, talent development initiatives, and HR process improvements.

Yêu cầu công việc

• University student, majoring in Human Resources, Economics, Marketing

• Have a passion for HR

• Have skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Good at English

• Have good communication and time management skills

• Friendly, energetic, active, patient

Available to work full-time for 3 months & must provide an internship recommendation letter/ student confirmation
