Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an HR Deputy Manager (Manufacturing, ID22774, 1500USD):

• Manage HR data, headcount, turnover and workforce reports.
• Support manpower planning and HR operations across multiple sites.

2. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

• Manage a team of 5 C&B staff and oversee payroll, attendance, insurance and PIT.
• Review and improve payroll processes, C&B policies and compliance.
• Provide hands-on support for payroll and attendance when required.

3. Performance Management & KPI

• Develop and improve the Performance Management and KPI systems.
• Monitor performance evaluation and provide HR-related recommendations to management.

4. HR Compliance & Social Responsibility

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and SMETA/SEDEX standards.
• Prepare HR documentation and support social compliance audits.

5. Employee Relations

• Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement activities.
• Provide HR advice and resolve employee-related issues.

6. HR Systems & Process Improvement

• Improve HR systems, payroll/attendance processes and HR policies.
• Standardize HR practices across multiple sites.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Male/Female, Under 45 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably as HR Supervisor, C&B Manager, HR Assistant Manager or similar positions.
• Strong experience in C&B and payroll, preferably within a manufacturing, agriculture or multi-site organization.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws, compulsory insurance and PIT.
• Hands-on experience with Performance Management/KPI systems.
• Experience with SMETA/SEDEX or other social compliance standards is required/preferred.
• Experience using HR software/systems; experience with HROnline is an advantage.
• Fluent English communication skills are required.
