About this job

Collect, analyze, and present HR-related data to assist Board of Directors in making strategic people management decisions, optimizing costs, and improving company-wide performance.

Scope of the role

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage HR data models and reports: Recruitment, Headcount, Payroll, and Budget Headcount …. Regularly check and update databases to ensure high data accuracy for reporting and analytical purposes. Evaluate HR metrics to forecast trends and deliver data-driven, actionable insights.

1. Data Collection, Processing, and Analysis

- Collect and process data from various sources related to reports to ensure data accuracy.

- Interact with relevant teams to clarify data analysis requirements, organize data for report and dashboard development, and provide appropriate analytical data.

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor work progress.

- Verify data and ensure the quality of data used for analysis.

- Create interactive and visually appealing reports and data visualizations using Power BI tools.

2. Data Analysis and Reporting

- Design and maintain the company's reporting systems (HR Reports, Recruitment Reports, Budget Cost Reports, Headcount/Turnover/KPI Reports, etc.)

- Visualize data using Power BI or analyze and present it in PowerPoint/ Excel.

- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize processes, and support strategic decision-making

- Propose solutions and improvements based on analytical reports to maximize the company's operational efficiency.

- Conduct predictive analytics: Employing statistical modeling to predict workforce trends (such as identifying employee groups with a high risk of turnover, etc.)

3. Strategy proposal and effectiveness evaluation

- Propose strategies and actions based on insights gathered from data

- Evaluate the effectiveness of HR management strategies and specific features through data analysis and provide improvement recommendations.

4. Other

- Support the development of the Company's Human Resources software HRIS.

- Perform other tasks as assigned

KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data science, Applied Mathematics, Information Technology, or related engineering disciplines.

• Good English communication skills

EXPERIENCE

• At least 2 years of working experience of relevant areas of data analysis.

• Proficient in Power BI or SQL, Tableau …

• Basic knowledge or relevant experience in People Analytics is an advantage.

• Proficient in Excel, or SQL/Power Query for data processing, analysis, and visualization

SKILLS

• Strong communication skills; able to present insights clearly and presentation skills.

• Good at logical thinking and mathematics.

• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in team.
