Mô tả công việc

  • Assist the Housekeeping team with daily departmental operations.
  • Support room inspections and help ensure guest rooms meet the hotel's cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Assist in monitoring room status and coordinating room readiness with the Front Office team.
  • Help maintain housekeeping supplies, linens, and departmental records.
  • Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, or guest requests to the appropriate team members.
  • Support the implementation of hotel cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
  • Problem solving and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in the use of computer.
  • Good English skills, especially in reading & writing.
  • Be customer – oriented.
  • Be passionate in hospitality & delivering luxury services
