Introducing Gift It our new Person to Person digital gifting solution, built to make giving fun and simplistic, as simple and natural as sending a message.

Gift It enables people to discover, choose, and send gifts to anyone, at anytime, anywhere. Partnering with Zalo, Gift It aims to make gifting part of everyday social interactions: celebrating a birthday, saying thank you, congratulating someone, or simply letting someone know you’re thinking of them. Gift It on Zalo launches soon!

About the role

We are looking for aHead of Gift It to lead our strategic project of integrating our digital gifting solution into one of Vietnam’s largest social platform.

This is a high-impact hybrid role that combines strategic partnership, product growth, project management, and marketing. You will own the end-to-end execution to create a seamless daily and occasional gifting experience, build a strong gifting culture, and drive significant user adoption and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall strategy, roadmap, and successful execution of the P2P gifting integration project.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and work closely with the social app’s Product, Growth, and Marketing teams.
• Co-design intuitive user flows for 1:1 gifting, group gifting, and multiple entry points.
• Define and optimize the gift catalog, recommendation logic, promotion mechanics, and loyalty programs.
• Lead project delivery including technical integration, user testing, and feature launch.
• Plan and execute go-to-market activities, KOL/influencer campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
• Monitor key metrics, analyze user behavior, and drive rapid iteration based on data.
• Manage project timeline, budget, resources, and report progress regularly to the BOD.

Experience

• 7–10+ years of experience in Growth, Product Management, Strategic Partnerships, or Business Development within tech companies.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional or cross-company projects, preferably involving platform integrations.
• Experience in social apps, gifting, e-commerce, or user habit-building products is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term vision and short-term execution.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making ability.
• Growth-oriented with experience in user acquisition, retention, and campaign management (KOL, in-app promotion).
• Proactive, high-ownership, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
