Tuyển dụng Garment Merchandiser (Sampler/trim/fabric/po/production) tại Hồ Chí Minh

1. Sampler position

• Check daily mail with buyer

• Follow Proto, Fit, PP, FPP, Inline, Meeting, Top, shipment sample

• Develop new sample

• Request pattern, checking MNMK.

• Follow up Buyer's emails comments to keep priority voice out if have any change.

• Checked all details in MC, T/P

2. Trim position

• Proactively coordinate with mills/suppliers regarding trim development and production requirements, including negotiation on price, MOQ, lead time, payment, and shipment terms.

• Prepare and maintain trim balance sheets and bulk trim cards; update and share related information with factories and internal teams.

• Coordinate closely with the Logistics team on freight charges, shipping plans, and booking schedules to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.

• Handle trim ordering for sample stage and bulk production through Excel files and ERP system.

• Follow up bulk trim status and approval process before shipment.

• Arrange shipment booking for trims and monitor delivery schedules.

• Monitor trim quality and coordinate with factories, suppliers, and buyers to resolve any issues related to defects, shortages, color discrepancies, or shipment delays.

• Process and follow up payment documentation related to trim orders.

3. Fabric position

• Souring materials: Proactive ask for the project list in coming season to ask mills about negotiating for price, MOQ, MOC, lead time, payments & shipments term

• Working close with logistic team: freight charge, shipping plan, booking time to make sure best cost, suitable time.

• Ordering fabric for sample stage and bulk production (by excel file and ERP system).

• Following up the bulk lot fabric & FPP fabric, checking and approval before shipment.

• Booking shipment for fabric.

• Following up the quality of fabric; working with factory & fabric mill/or buyer if have any quality issue of bulk fabric (defects, shading color, shortage, delay shipment...).

• Do the payment process for fabric ordering.

4. PO position

• Receive customer orders, summarize to update recap/chart/Friday Review/EOC. Share quantity for trim/fabric orders

• PO management on customer's web portal:

+ Confirm receipt of customer orders by entering TNA on web

+ Download and check PO then update to team & factory

+ If PO has any changes in detail, check & send it to the factory

+ PO management on web: Enter actual schedule of PO on web (eg EX-mill date of fabric, ETA factory of fabric, production date, shipping date).

• Check weekly inline inspection/final inspection schedule

• Double-check shipping schedule with factory

• Ensure PO is accurate, especially FOB before shipping

• Supporting fabric/trim related issues.

• Over 1 years’ experience in Garment Field.

• Good at communication in English

• Skillful MS office

• High responsibility, good teamwork, problem solving skills.

• Hard work, high sense of responsibility, proper communication with buyers and colleagues.

• Preferred language for received applications: In English
