Freight Forwarding Assistant Sales Manager – Up to 50M VND | 29052 – District 10, Ho Chi Minh City

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase local revenue, focusing on direct customers rather than co-loaders.
• Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed assigned targets, budgets, and business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Analyze market intelligence and develop actionable plans to expand the customer base and grow revenue.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular sales calls, meetings, and business visits.
• Understand customers’ logistics requirements and recommend tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and credit terms to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to strengthen market presence and expand professional networks.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and overall team targets.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 5 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency and good Vietnamese communication skills.
• Strong sales achievements, a proactive mindset, and a self-motivated approach to work.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, customers, and business partners.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and time management skills, with a hands-on and flexible working style.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Experience using the CargoWise ERP system.
• Age: 27–40.
