OBJECTIVE: The Financial Analyst of a company has the goal is to contribute to the decision-making process of management that will ensure business growth and long-term success.

SCOPE OF WORK: Finance/Accounting

REPORT TO: Finance Manager

1. Financial Reporting & Financial Analysis:

• Preparing reports, budgets, commentaries and financial statements.

• Ensure data integrity and consistency between accounting systems (ERP), internal databases, and reporting outputs.

• Controlling and forecasting income and expenditure.

• Monitoring, analyzing the Forecast/ Budget revenue and do the analysis of actual performance variance with Forecast budget

• Assisting in planning Annual Budget, Quarterly Forecast (work with other depts., gathering information to prepare consolidated Budget/Forecast plans).

• Undertaking financial administration and internal audits.

• Conduct detailed variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast) to identify key performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.

• Analyze unit economics, gross margins, store/channel profitability, and OPEX trends.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Marketing) to track KPIs and translate operational data into financial impacts.

• Prepare ad-hoc financial models and scenarios to support business case evaluations, capital allocation, and strategic initiatives

2. Power BI Management & Data Visualization:

• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and financial models for executive leadership and department heads.

• Continuously optimize dashboard performance, load times, and UI/UX design for seamless user adoption

3. Other: as required by direct report line.

• University graduation major in Accounting, Finance or relevant fields

• At least 2 years’ experience in experiences in similar role.

• Experience with management information, financial systems, familiar with MS Office and ERP prefer SAP, Power BI.

• Good in analytical and problems solving skills;

• Dedicated and self-motivated able to communicate to all levels and influence changes, results driven;

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Vietnamese with strong inter-personal skills.
