What You’ll Be Doing

• Accounts Receivable (AR): Invoice goods and service sales, handle AR for operations (materials, services), record payments, and follow up on collections.
• Accounts Payable (AP): Process PO payments for goods (3-way match), services (shipping, logistics, etc.), employee reimbursements, and general expenses.
• Ecommerce (US): Record and reconcile AR/AP from online marketplaces and sales channels.
• Commissions: Calculate and reconcile sales commissions.
• Closing and audits: Complete the month-end close, reconcile bank accounts, audit bank statements, and review entries in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Reporting and analysis: Compile P&L data, monitor tiers, and prepare AR/AP/finance reports for management.
• Process improvement: Suggest improvements, build SOPs, and support automation.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, including at least 1–2 years in
• US accounting (US GAAP).
• Proficient in
• QuickBooks Online and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Solid understanding of AR, AP, bank reconciliation, and month-end close.
• Good English
• (reading, writing, and daily communication with the US team).
• Detail-oriented, honest, proactive, and able to work independently.
