- Banking, Treasury & Cash Flow: Manage bank relationships, credit facilities, drawdowns, and guarantee instruments (LCs, performance bonds). Build a rolling 13-week cash forecast, track covenants, monitor FX/cross-border borrowing compliance (SBV), and optimize cost of funds.

- Business-Unit Reporting & Budgeting: Establish profit-center P&Ls and shared cost allocations across business units (contracting, F&B, real estate). Deliver monthly management reporting packs, oversee annual budgeting, manage working capital, and build financial models for new investments.

- Project Cost Control: Implement project cost control frameworks (budget vs. actual, cost-to-complete, margins) for contracting projects. Review tender pricing, track variation orders, apply percentage-of-completion revenue recognition, and manage WIP/unbilled positions.

- Accounting, Tax & Compliance: Direct monthly closes, multi-entity consolidations, and statutory compliance (VAS, Law on Accounting). Oversee CIT, VAT, PIT, FCT, transfer pricing documentation, external audits, and regional entity support (Cambodia/Thailand).

- Internal Control & Systems: Enforce approval matrices, delegation of authority, and cash controls across sites/outlets. Review commercial contracts, manage group insurance, lead ERP/accounting system upgrades, and recruit/manage the central finance team.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. Vietnam CPA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA (part-qualified acceptable) is a strong advantage.

- Experience: 7–10 years in finance or accounting, including at least 3 years as a Finance Manager, Deputy Finance Manager or senior Chief Accountant with team responsibility.

- Sector: Experience in construction, contracting, real estate, property management or multi-outlet retail / F&B. Candidates who have worked across more than one of these are of particular interest.

- Banking: Practical experience working with bank credit facilities in Vietnam — preparing loan applications and drawdowns, dealing with relationship managers, and handling bank guarantees or letters of credit.

- Technical: Strong VAS and Vietnamese tax knowledge. Proven cash flow management. Multi-entity consolidation experience. Advanced Excel and financial modelling. Working knowledge of IFRS is a plus, not a requirement.

- Systems: Comfortable with an accounting/ERP system (Misa, Fast, Bravo, SAP B1, NetSuite, Odoo or similar). Experience of a system implementation or migration is valued.

- Language: Vietnamese native or fluent, plus working English (reporting to management and to banks is in English). Korean is a bonus, not required.
