• Lead, manage, and develop the Admin, Technical, Security, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all facilities.
• Ensure all processes and procedures are implemented and followed in compliance with ISO standards, Health & Safety regulations, and internal policies.
• Coordinate and support all audits, including ISO audits and client audits, ensuring full readiness and timely closure of corrective actions.
• Prepare and deliver accurate, professional reports on facility operations, incidents, KPIs, and service performance.
• Manage facility dashboards, monitor key metrics, and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams; demonstrate creative, flexible problem-solving and strong teamwork skills.
• Handle high-pressure tasks, manage multiple priorities, and be willing to work overtime when required to support operational needs.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Solid experience in facilities management or workplace operations.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Strong reporting, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Understanding ISO compliance, health and safety standards, and audit requirements is a strong advantage.
• Ability to adapt quickly, think creatively, and handle demanding situations professionally.
