Join our growing Digital Marketing team and help shape the future of digital commerce for leading M&B brand. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will drive e-commerce media performance, execute CRM and data activation initiatives, and create impactful digital campaigns that convert consumers into loyal shoppers. Working with leading brands, agencies, and cross-functional teams, you'll turn data-driven insights into business growth and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ecom Media execution and optimization

• Work with Media agency to ensure online brand presence, digital commerce outcome delivered as plan and in line with total online business strategy.

• Support ADM developing & implementing ecom media plan, monitoring & analyzing e-commerce media data and market trends to optimize performance, customer experience and achieve business growth.

• Work closely with Ecommerce Key Account team for quick action if needed.

2. New buyer acquisition / CRM / data activation agenda implementation

• Execute Data & CRM strategies across touchpoints (website, Zalo hub, Ecom, Socom).

• Develop and implement CRM initiatives in collaboration with local cross functions, regional functions, external agencies to drive acquisition, engagement, traffic improvements to achieve business objectives.

• Prepare reports on a monthly basis for insights and action moving forwards.

• Initiate and implement and monitor activation plan for acquired data to deliver marketing and business objectives.

• Manage CDP and working relationships with Global IT,local agencies.

3. Creative development and management

• Develop digital creative assets and content plans to serve consumer demand in online context driving brand equity and lead to conversion.

• Manage operation with external agencies and cross functions to ensure flawless deployment.

• Monitor and evaluate performance on monthly/ campaign basis to recommend appropriate ways to improve brand equity and competency.

4. Ecom affiliate development

• Support ADM in proposing and executing affiliate plan to grow the pool with continuous performance improving.

• Work closely with stakeholders and agencies for daily affiliate operation.

5. Search Optimization

• Develop, drive and execute holistic search strategy across touchpoint from web, social search, ecommerce.

• Report to Assistant Digital Commerce Manager

• Key stakeholders: Brand, Ecommerce, IT, Procurement, Legal, media/digital agencies, technology vendors, ecommerce partners, external brand partners

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing in FMCG/big retails/ tech-based with robust CRM.

• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

• Hands-on experience of CRM / data acquisition/ Ecom media/ holistic search strategy or related fields.

• Proactive, result oriented and can-do attitude.

• Critical & strategic thinking skills.

• Project management experience, capability of cross-functions/ agencies management.
