The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and sales performance across Nespresso's digital ecosystem.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies, the role will support performance marketing, digital campaign execution, website content management, CRM communications, and ecommerce initiatives. The successful candidate combines strong analytical skills with creativity, operational excellence, and a high level of ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Marketing: Execute and optimize digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms; monitor KPIs and improve campaign performance and ROI.
• Agency Management: Coordinate with media, creative, and digital agencies to ensure campaign quality, timelines, budgets, and performance targets.
• Website & E-commerce Support: Update website content, product information, landing pages, and promotions in collaboration with the E-commerce team.
• Reporting & Analytics: Analyze digital marketing performance, prepare reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Ecommerce, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or other advertising platforms.
• Experience working with external agencies is highly preferred.
• Exposure to website content management and ecommerce operations is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
