Tuyển dụng Sales Business Intelligence Specialist tại Hồ Chí Minh

We are looking for a Sales Business Intelligence Specialist to own the end-to-end sales data flow at Kimberly-Clark Vietnam, from the data warehouse to reporting. The role builds and operates the data warehouse that integrates data from multiple internal and external sources, including ERP, DMS and E-commerce platforms, and develops the reports and dashboards that turn this data into a reliable, timely view of business performance for Leadership, Commercial and Sales teams across GT, MT and E-commerce channels.

Responsibilities:

1. Reporting & Business Intelligence:

• Build and maintain Power BI data models, KPI logic and dashboards that track sales performance, coverage and market position.

• Translate business requirements into consistent metrics and reports.

• Manage report refresh, access control and distribution, and support ad-hoc data requests.

2. Data Warehouse Architecture & Data Modeling:

• Design, build and maintain the sales data warehouse and its dimensional data models.

• Define data standards and structures to keep the warehouse scalable, consistent and easy to maintain.

• Optimize database and query performance as data volumes grow.

3. Data Pipelines & Integration:

• Build and orchestrate automated ETL/ELT pipelines that load data from ERP, DMS, distributors, key accounts, e-commerce platforms and business inputs.

• Onboard new data sources and adapt pipelines when source systems or business structures change.

• Develop data collection and automation scripts to bring external data into the warehouse.

4. Data Operations, Quality & Governance:

• Monitor daily data loads and resolve pipeline issues quickly to keep reporting available and on time.

• Implement data quality checks, reconciliation and master data management to ensure data accuracy.

• Support the month-end data closing process for performance finalization, incentive calculation, planning and forecasting.

• Maintain technical documentation and apply data governance, securities and access control practices.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.

• 2 – 3 years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing or BI development. Experience with FMCG or Sales data is a plus.

• Strong SQL and Python skills, with hands-on experience building ETL pipelines and data models.

•Experience with BI tools, preferably Power BI.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a high sense of ownership for data accuracy.

• Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
