About the Role

Join the Huggies team and support brand team for portfolio management including current products & new product development; together with producing product content initiatives that help connect the brand with consumers. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about becoming full stack marketing person, innovating & managing products, storytelling based on consumer insights.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Development & Operation

• Support to manage executing projects related to daily operation SKUs & NPIs
• Coordinate with cross-function, including demand planning, trade, mill, digital to manage stock & RTM

2. Project Management & Execution

• Coordinate with creative agency & designer to ensure timely delivery of brand assets and content
• Support ABM work with digital, and influencer agencies to pitching, plan & run master brand communication campaign
• Assist in creating briefs, social posts and other creative assets as assigned.
• Monitor campaign performance and weekly report to ABM.
• Support budget tracking, PO processes, and documentation where required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
