II. JOB DESCRIPTION

- Receive and handle new inquiries from clients

- Prepare and submit quotations to clients

- Follow up on quotations to convert opportunities into confirmed orders.

- Handle import customs clearance procedure.

- Coordinate with warehouse to ensure on-time delivery to clients.

- Monitor inventory levels and prepare stock planning reports

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

- Expand new sales/ new business to potential clients

- Other jobs (Case by case)

*** No KPI and commission.

* MUST HAVE

Strong mentality

Intermediate English is required

Proficient in MS Word, Excel

Good team-work skill

Fresh graduates are also welcome

CV must be in English

We need long-term member only (Over 2 years)

* NICE TO HAVE

1) Majors related to economics, finance & accounting are preferred.

2) Foreign company experience is preferred.
