II. JOB DESCRIPTION

1) Making documents for trading work

- Review RFQs (Requests for Quotation) from clients and make appropriate sourcing plan

- Source and evaluate suppliers to obtain competitive quotations

- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers (price, payment terms, and delivery schedule…)

- Prepare pricing to clients

- Issue Purchase Orders and follow up on order progress

- Arrange and process payments to suppliers

- Coordinate with freight forwarders to arrange air and sea shipments

- Maintain supplier database and build long-term supplier relationships

2) Market research

- Look for target clients and suppliers

- Contact clients and suppliers via email or phone call

- Research new business

* MUST HAVE

Strong mentality

Intermediate English is required

Proficient in MS Word, Excel

Good team-work skill

Fresh graduates are also welcome

CV must be in English

We need long-term member only (Over 2 years)

* NICE TO HAVE

1) Majors related to economics, finance & accounting are preferred.

2) Foreign company experience is preferred.
