【Job Summary】

The Lead Customer Service Engineer will lead local service operations, manage junior engineers, and drive service quality to achieve high customer satisfaction. You are expected to handle complex troubleshooting, perform calibration activities, and foster strong client relationships to expand overall service business opportunities.

【Responsibilities】

• Perform calibration, repair, and technical support for company products and solutions.
• Carry out equipment diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair activities at the service laboratory.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for complex customer issues and escalations.
• Collaborate with regional service teams to resolve advanced technical cases.
• Plan and perform on-site calibration services at customer facilities.
• Travel to customer sites for calibration, repair support, technical investigations, and consultations.
• Lead and supervise service engineers in their daily operational activities.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical development for junior engineers.
• Ensure all service activities comply with ISO/IEC 17025 and company quality standards.
• Other related tasks.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical service, field service engineering, or technical support
• Basic knowledge of RF, wireless communications, test and measurement solutions, or related technologies
• Speak English(Intermediate Level)
