• Contribute to content direction and execute across social platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube…)
• Develop and produce multi-format content (posts, short-form videos) aligned with brand positioning and communication goals
• Generate ideas, write scripts, and build concepts for content pieces and campaigns
• Understand platform behavior and adjust content to maximize reach and engagement
• Collaborate with Design/Media teams to deliver final content outputs
• Proactively research audience insights, trends, and both local & international references
• Review content performance and suggest improvements
• Support additional social activities when needed (community management, seeding, comment handling…)

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Experience in Content/Social roles is a plus
• Portfolio of previous work (posts, videos, campaigns)
• Strong writing ability with adaptable tone across platforms
• Ability to translate insights into clear, structured content
• Capable of researching, synthesizing, and localizing insights from international sources
• Basic understanding of how content performs on different social platforms
• Able to handle simple image/video editing tasks when needed (Canva, CapCut, etc.) (not required to be a professional designer/editor)
• Proactive, accountable, and result-oriented
• Open to feedback and able to collaborate effectively
