Core responsibilities

• Own recurring data preparation and validation for month-end, forecast, budget and E&B cycles, including ERP/DMS extracts, dimensions, allocation drivers and reconciliations. Escalate material issues and coordinate corrections with relevant owners.

• Prepare and progressively own North GT channel performance analysis covering forecast, E&B, P&L, cost tracking and monthly performance commentary; support contract and commercial-investment analysis, with final judgement and approval retained by the manager.

• Support Commercial Finance-wide consolidation of budget, forecast and E&B, including actual allocation, volume and mix planning, variance analysis and management-ready outputs.

• Prepare recurring commercial P&L and contribution reporting by region, channel, brand, customer and SKU, including GPAL/GRC/GBC views, flash-call materials and follow-up analysis.

• Maintain financial reporting tools, models and data governance, including Excel, Power Query and Power BI datasets/dashboards; perform HFM/custom upload support and ensure consistent definitions, version control, process documentation, data dictionaries, control checks and handover materials.

Progressive analytical and business-partnering responsibilities

• Support 3YP and long-range planning, pricing and scenario analysis through source-of-growth analysis, assumptions tracking and consolidation of cross-functional inputs, with increasing ownership as capability develops.

• Support promotion, trade-investment, display, contract and investment evaluation using approved ROI and baseline methodology, with increasing analytical ownership as capability develops.

• Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance teams to clarify assumptions, improve data quality and translate analysis into practical actions.

• Provide ad hoc commercial analysis and decision support as assigned, while proactively highlighting data limitations, control gaps and business risks.

• Major in Finance/ Auditing or Accounting

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in commercial finance, FP&A, management reporting, financial control or business partnering; FMCG experiences.

• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, P&L analysis and variance-analysis capability.

• Advanced Excel skills; practical experience with Power Query and Power BI.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to work hands-on with large datasets, recurring reporting cycles and detailed reconciliations; comfortable investigating discrepancies to source-data level, identifying root causes and maintaining robust control documentation rather than relying only on summarized outputs.

• Good commercial acumen, with the ability to connect volume, mix, price, investment, cost and profitability drivers.

• Experience coordinating recurring cycles and cross-functional inputs under tight deadlines.
