The CargoWise Technical Support Specialist provide reliable L1 technical support and system administration for the CargoWise platform, ensuring day-to-day system requests, configurations, and technical issues are handled accurately and efficiently. The role supports the technical foundation of CargoWise through controlled administration, basic troubleshooting, and maintenance while escalating complex issues to Senior Technical Specialists.

• Provide L1 technical support for CargoWise users and manage technical support tickets.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, identify root causes, and escalate complex issues to Senior Technical Specialists or WiseTech.
• Manage routine CargoWise system administration and configuration activities.
• Maintain and support CargoWise Registry settings based on approved requirements and governance.
• Support user accounts, access rights, user groups, permissions, and security administration.
• Perform basic technical configuration, system checks, and recurring administrative activities.
• Support basic Workflow, document/configuration, reporting, and technical setup where applicable.
• Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles.
• Monitor recurring technical issues and identify opportunities for standardization and automation.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Maritime Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on CargoWise experience, preferably in support, system administration, or technical configuration.
• Good understanding of CargoWise system administration, Registry, user/security configuration, and system settings.
• Basic knowledge of Workflow, XML/API, SQL/database, integration, or reporting is an advantage.
• Experience with L1 support, troubleshooting, ticket management, and issue escalation.
• Basic understanding of freight forwarding processes and CargoWise operational workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, and documentation skills.
• Service-oriented, responsive, and able to manage multiple support requests independently.
• Willingness to develop toward more advanced CargoWise technical, integration, and automation capabilities.
