This role requires a proactive and results-driven sales professional to spearhead business development activities and strengthen client relationships.

The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, manage lead generation, negotiate key agreements, and mentor junior staff members. Strong communication skills, industry domain knowledge, and a customer-focused mindset are essential to succeed in this dynamic environment.

【Responsibilities】

• Generate leads, close sales deals, and achieve revenue targets.
• Negotiate agreements and present tailored architectural design solutions to clients.
• Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with key business clients.
• Provide comprehensive product information and address complex customer inquiries.
• Mentor and support junior team members with sales and technical questions.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate business records.
• Contribute actively to regional sales strategies and business development planning.
• Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
• Proactively conduct cold calls and arrange appointments with prospective clients.
• Other related tasks.

Yêu cầu công việc

【MUST】

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
• At least 5 years of sales or relevant experience in the architecture/construction industry.
• Experience and knowledge of Architectural design, project management, and spatial consulting.
• At least 2 years of management experience.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level
• Excellent computer skills.
