1. Partner Management & Development

• Manage existing partners/distributors to achieve sales and business targets.

• Provide continuous sales and product training for partners, including bank Relationship Managers (RMs).

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners to enhance market coverage and business opportunities.

• Monitor partner performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement strategies.

• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with partner leaders and key stakeholders.

2. Product Management

• Lead new product coordination: research, feasibility studies, and go to market planning.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify customer needs and growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure product success across its lifecycle.

• Review product performance and propose enhancement initiatives.

3. Off shore Business Support

• Support regional/off shore teams on BD projects, reporting, and commercial reviews.

• Facilitate effective communication between local teams, partners, and regional/global stakeholders.

• Provide market insights, business documentation, and analysis for strategic planning.

4. Other Ad hoc Tasks

• Acquire and expand corporate client accounts, build client relationships and provide tailored solution recommendations.

• Track pipeline progress and corporate client growth performance.

• Track and manage the business pipeline to ensure alignment with AUM KPIs and growth objectives.

• Support internal planning, forecasting, and cross functional initiatives as required.

• Prepare presentations, business reports, and analytics for management and regional meetings.

• Assist with additional assigned tasks to support business operations and organizational priorities.

• Others task assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related fields.

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales or Investment.

• Experience working with banks, distributors, or B2B partners is an advantage.

• Strong presentation and communication skills, especially in training external partners.

• Analytical capability with experience in pipeline management and KPI tracking (e.g., AUM growth).

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.

• Advanced English proficiency, including verbal communication, business writing, and presentation skills.

• Fund management license, CFA is a plus.
