Tuyển dụng Business Development Manager - Chinese Speaking tại Hồ Chí Minh

Role:

Responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.

Act as a bridge between clients, partners, and internal teams (M&A, Business Consultancy).

Represent the company in events, conferences, networking sessions, and actively participate in important meetings to ensure smooth communication and project execution.

Key Responsibilties:

1. Business Development

• Conduct market research, identify and develop potential clients in finance, M&A, and business consultancy.
• Build and manage a client pipeline and strategic partner network (investment funds, law firms, auditors, banks, etc.).
• Meeting with clients and partners to introduce services, understand their needs, and build strong business relationships.
• Prepare, draft, and manage all documentation related to negotiations and agreements, including proposals, pitch decks, contracts, and MOUs (Memorandums of Understanding),etc.

1. Customer Relationship

• Responsible for managing and maintaining existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams throughout project execution.
• Address client inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Provide consulting support and close service agreements when appropriate.

1. Event & Meeting Hosting

• Responsible for planning, organizing, prepare related documents and hosting (as moderator/MC) both internal and external events (networking sessions, conferences, partner meetings, client events).
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand relationships.
• Attend, support, and record key information during important meetings with clients, partners, and projects.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure events and meetings are conducted professionally and effectively.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, or Event Organization (preferably in finance or consulting).
• Strong communication, networking, presentation, and event-hosting skills.
• Professional appearance and confident presence in public speaking.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Proactive, dynamic, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
