• Manage product listing activities across supermarket chains, follow up on listing progress, and resolve any related issues.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to maximize business opportunities and achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Drive sales performance and achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans, including sales targets, market share objectives, and other key performance indicators.
• Work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Brand teams to develop promotional campaigns and in-store activation programs to drive sales growth.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance by SKU across assigned supermarket accounts, identifying opportunities and implementing action plans to improve SKU performance and expand distribution.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Modern Trade channel within the Food & Beverage or confectionery industry.
• Strong relationships with hyper/ supermarket, convenience store chains (CVS).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
• Good planning, execution, and performance-monitoring skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Preferably with good English communication skills.
