Job overview: Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners, particularly retail chains, F&B businesses, hotels, service providers, and other business networks, to develop partnerships for licensed music services and other related products and services based on business needs.

• Conduct market research and develop plans to approach, expand, and strengthen business partnerships, as well as drive customer and revenue growth.
• Proactively identify and approach potential customers to introduce relevant solutions and services. Build and manage an effective sales pipeline, closely tracking the process from lead generation to contract closing.
• Follow up with, support, and maintain relationships with existing customers and partners, including contract renewals.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to address operational requirements and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Propose and execute initiatives to optimize revenue and support communication/marketing activities.
• Prepare periodic reports and perform other tasks as assigned.

• Passion for music and a good understanding of the music market.
