JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a polished, articulate, and proactive Business Development Assistant to join our team. Reporting directly to the Business Development Director, you will work closely with Csuite executives—accompanying the Chairman to high-profile client engagements, dinners, and networking events. In this high-visibility role, you will act as a key liaison between internal leadership, foreign-language clients, and external stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive Client Engagement

Accompany the Chairman and BD Director to high-level client dinners, networking functions, and strategic business meetings to represent the company.

BD Operations & Reporting

Report directly to the Business Development Director, assisting with pipeline tracking, target research, proposal preparation, and post-meeting follow-ups.

Bilingual Communication

Facilitate seamless communication (verbal and written) with Chinese or Japanese speaking clients, ensuring proper business etiquette and cultural nuances are maintained during negotiations and social engagements.

Executive Briefings

Prepare client dossiers, background briefs, and agenda materials for the CEO/Chairman prior to client dinners and networking functions.

Logistics & Protocol

• Coordinate event logistics, travel arrangements, and private dining setups alongside the BD team and executive administration.
• Gender: Female (preferred for brand/cultural representation requirements).

Experience

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., account management, sales support, corporate hospitality, or client relations).
• Graduated from University, priority is given to Economics / Commerce / Foreign Language majors.

Language Skills

• Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese or Japanese (spoken and written) is required, along with excellent English communication skills.
• Flexibility: Willingness and availability to attend evening client dinners, social functions, and business travel alongside executive leadership.
